SHIPPING FEE
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.
ORDER SHIPPING TIME
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.
You will receive your order within 5 – 10 business days (depending on the destination) after processing time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After the processing time, you will receive an email with the courier’s details and your consignment number, which can be used to track your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Chic Loom is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Orders from Chic Loom are shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on carrier availability and shipping volume at the time of your order (such as during peak or high-demand periods). After the processing time, you will receive an email with the courier’s details and your consignment number, which can be used to track your order.
